They'd be happy to charge me the extra to expedite my order and ship it to me by the fastest most expensive method in several weeks or so when they get the supplies back in. They could not understand that if I did not get it right away that shipping it by the fastest method in several weeks would not make any difference. And they were unwilling to tell me that the items would not be avialable within the week.  ``Claire
