Morning meal: Saturday

Coordinator: HL Michael of River's Bend.

Populace Lunch: Saturday

Details TBD, but the Shire of Marion Glen and other groups are coordinating to sell lunch for $3 per person. Also, the Barony of Bryn Madoc will run a sweet shop offering desserts.

  • Sprouts in a Vinaigrette
  • Mutton Coloured Yellow {soup}
  • Mushroom tartes

Second Platter

  • Roasted birds with rose water sauce
  • Browned winter vegetables
       {turnips, parsnips, and squash}
  • Tailles {?}
   

Third Platter

  • Beef with leeks
  • Green garlic sauce
  • Saffron rice
  • Carrots glazed with honey

Fourth Platter

  • Stuffed roast loin of pork
  • Peas
  • Almond applesauce
