Discussion on how to improve from a meal to a feast. This class will
cover color palette, textures, temperatures, special
expansion needs for some seasonings, how to “hold food” safely and

will cost. |

Given the cold, wet weather, it was decided that the classes would take place indoors. The classes were likely not presented in the order listed above. Later in the afternoon, fighters went to the quad and worked on their skills after the ground had dried somewhat. |

German Longsword on the SCA Rapier Field: An Introduction |
The SCA's rules for rapier combat can be used for more styles of unarmored combat than the thrust-oriented Italian rapier of the late 16th century. Learn how the SCA's basic "rapier" rules set can be used to work with other styles of fight.
Don Giovanni will also demonstrate fundamentals of the 14th–15th century German school, the Kunst des Fechtens of Lichtenauer and his followers. Familiarity with German longsword texts (such as Tobler's translations of Ringeck) is not required, though those who have read the works are likely to gain more insights. |

She was also one of the judges for the performing arts entries - which went on a lot longer than anyone would have guessed due to more than one untimely visit to the performance hall (i.e. craft cabin) from Maintenance Services. However, the Queen was also helping judge performing arts, so since Court was rescheduled to account for that, Tere had plenty of time to do her class after the judging was over. |
