Yes, they're planned for the event. For now, contact the event steward (autocrat).
As normal, parents are also asked to spend at least one hour helping.

Classes
All day First Aid for Children (Ages 8-13) - Lady Tabitha of Erin.
Certified for Pages' School. Six hour class with two breaks.
NEW: Cost $3, limit 20 students.
10-noon  
Roman wire weaving - Lady Aoife ingen Chormaic.
$2 materials fee for the bracelet you'll make.
1-2 pm Calligraphy Show & Tell - HL Yves de Fortanier.
Bring pieces you've done, bring resources, bring questions...
1-5 pm Bobbin Lace Making - Signora Dianora di Cellini. (dicellini/at/yahoo.com)
Materials kit will cost about $30.
Observers are welcome, but class is limited to six active students.
3-4 pm Heraldry Forum - HL Yves de Fortanier.
Talk about heraldry, gripe about it, bring your stuff, ask questions,
receive consultation...

Contact me (Yves) about helping you find local crash space or a motel. We have a lot of crash space available from folks around the Barony. [BTW, it's fine with me if you call me Lord Yves. Easier to say than "Seigneur" and much more friendly than "Your Lordship"...]

From the northeast (I-85): Take I-85 South past I-285. Go about 4.8 miles.
Take exit 91, turn left onto Clairmont Rd (US 23/GA 155). Go about 3.75 miles.
Turn right on N Decatur Rd. Go about half a mile.
The site will be on the right at Westminster.
On the map, this is the dark teal highlight that merges into the green.


From the east (I-20): Take the exit for I-285 North. Go about 4.7 miles.
Take exit 41, turn right onto Memorial Dr (GA 10).
Go about half a mile to the traffic light for Collingwood and turn left.
Go about 200 yards and turn left at the light onto N Decatur Rd.
Go about 4.2 miles. Pass Clairmont Rd (US 23/GA 155).
Go about half a mile, the site will be on the right at Westminster.
On the map, this is the bright blue highlight.


From the south (I-75 or I-85): Take the interstate into downtown. Pass I-20.
Go about a mile more, take exit 248C for Freedom Pkwy (GA 10). Turn right.
At the split just past the long underpass, bear right onto E Freedom Pkwy (GA 42 CONN).
Go about half a mile, turn left at the dead end onto Moreland Ave (US 23/GA 42).
Go about a quarter of a mile, the road will cross Ponce de Leon Ave
  and become Briarcliff Rd (still GA 42).
Go about 1.3 miles, turn right at the light onto N Decatur Rd.
Go about 1.5 miles, passing Emory University, the site will be on the left at Westminster.
On the map, this is the pink highlight.


From the west (I-20): Take the interstate toward downtown Atlanta.
Get on I-75/85 North and use the directions above for "From the south"
  starting at the second line.


From the northwest (I-75): Take the interstate in past I-285. Go about 8 miles.
Take Exit 103 for I-85 North. Go about 4.3 miles.
Take Exit 89 for N Druid Hills Rd (south).
Go about 2 miles, turn right at the light onto Clairmont Rd.
Go about 1.6 miles, turn right at the light onto N Decatur Rd.
Go about half a mile, the site will be on the right at Westminster.
On the map, this is the dark green highlight.

Food
No formal feast. All day eating... a nosh-fest! Please bring your own feast gear.
